The biology nerd in me has to suggest one small correction....when you say "Just like how healthy cells make up healthy proteins, healthy proteins make up healthy organs, which make up a healthy body." Hierarchically, proteins come before cells. Totally not important for the point you were making, but I couldn't help myself!
